What to Expect

At TacBase, every product is made using advanced 3D printing technology. Unlike traditional mass-produced items, each piece is individually manufactured, making every product unique.

As part of the 3D printing process, you may notice subtle layer lines, slight surface texture variations, or other minor cosmetic differences. These characteristics are normal and do not affect the functionality, durability, or quality of the product.

Please also note that small seam lines (sometimes referred to as "scarf seams") may be visible on certain parts. These occur where each printed layer starts and finishes and are a natural result of FDM 3D printing. While we carefully optimise print settings and part orientation to minimise their appearance, it is not possible to eliminate seams completely.

These features are a normal part of the manufacturing process and reflect the bespoke nature of every TacBase product.
