How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed same day or next working day after placing an order. Since many of our products are made to order using 3D printing, processing times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, returns for change of mind may not be accepted.
How do I request custom products?
Can you design a custom airsoft accessory?
Absolutely! We're always interested in creating new products for the airsoft community. If you have an idea for a custom grip, suppressor, adapter, speed loader attachment, or another unique accessory, contact us with the details. If it's something we can design and manufacture, we'll be happy to discuss your project.
