Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. International delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
